Look at your machine inside and out to try to find the brand and model number then look to see if they have a website. Most manufacturers will have a website and directions can be downloaded and printed. Or maybe there is a phone number printed on it somewhere. Or contact a medical supply store to see if they can get you a copy. Also a lot of chiropractors sell tens units so they may be able to help you but you need to know the brand of the machine.
