Does a tens machine work on back pain?
They do help…..I like mine…….
But really it's not going to cure your back pain…..it just distracts you by shocking you over and over and very hard.
Use the TENS in combination with medication and massage/accupuncture/holisitics etc.
It's good to have one just incase you have a really bad pain day. They can be quite pricey. I bought mine 10 years ago. It was about 400$ at that time.
