Can I use a TENS unit to help constipation? ?
I have a Tens unit for another problem I have, but I stay constipated because of all the meds I take. I read somewhere to rub one side of the bowels to stimulate the intestines, and it helps sometimes. So I was thinking I could just use my TENS unit on one side, but I am not sure it is a safe practice or not. Can anyone give me information about this question?
